We are an all-women, minority-owned podiatry practice across four Manhattan offices. If you are a surgically trained podiatrist, or you want to work somewhere that puts patient care first and means it, we would like to hear from you.
Why work with us

A culture built on care and excellence

We believe that happy, supported staff deliver the best patient outcomes. Here is what sets our workplace apart.

Patient-First Mission

Every decision starts with one question: is this best for our patient? We have built a practice where clinical excellence and genuine compassion go together.

A Practice Worth Being Named In

Forbes profiled To Healthy Feet as an all-women, minority-owned medical practice setting a new standard, and Dr. Clarke is quoted as a footwear expert in InStyle. Joining us means representing a practice that patients trust.

Continuous Learning

We invest in your growth. CME credits, conferences, and in-house training on the latest minimally invasive techniques. Dr. Alison Bell is our Director of Clinical Medicine and Training, so teaching the clinical team is somebody's actual job here, not an afterthought.

Inclusive Team

Our practice is founded and led by women of color in medicine. We celebrate diversity and actively create a space where everyone brings their full self to work.

Prime NYC Locations

Grand Central, Times Square, Downtown, and the Upper East Side. All four offices sit on major subway lines and are easy to reach from anywhere in the city.

Innovation in Practice

PRP therapy, bone marrow concentrate, cryosurgery for Morton's neuroma, and minimally invasive correction. You will work with techniques that keep you at the front of podiatric care.

Who we hear from

We keep an open door. Even when a specific role is not posted, we read every application.

Podiatrists

Surgically trained, board certified or board qualified, licensed in New York State.

Clinical staff

Medical and surgical assistants who want to work alongside foot and ankle surgeons.

Front office

Patient coordinators and billing staff. You are the first person a patient in pain speaks to.

How to apply
