Do not send us clinical information through this website
A web form and an ordinary email are not secure. Please do not use either to send us your symptoms, your diagnosis, your images, or anything else about your health. For anything clinical, use our secure patient messaging, or call the office at 917-398-FOOT (3668).
Appointments and booking
Booking through this site sends a request. An appointment is confirmed when the office confirms it. Hours differ by office and can change, so please check the office you intend to visit before you travel.
Insurance and cost
Any list of accepted insurance plans on this site is provided as a convenience and can go out of date. Coverage depends on your specific plan, and we verify your benefits before your visit. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of coverage or of what you will pay. Call us to confirm your plan.
