Privacy Policy
This policy explains what this website collects and what we do with it. It is not the same document as our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs your medical record.

Two different documents, and which one applies to you
If you are asking how we handle your medical information, the document you want is our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. That notice governs your chart, your diagnoses, your imaging, your treatment, and your billing.
This page governs something narrower: what happens when you visit this website. Cookies, analytics, and anything you type into a form here. We keep the two separate because they are genuinely separate, and a policy that blurs them tells you less than nothing.
What we collect when you visit this site
Information you give us
If you contact us through this site, we receive what you send. We ask you not to include your symptoms, your diagnosis, or your treatment in a website form or an ordinary email, because neither is a secure channel. For anything clinical, use our secure patient messaging or call the office.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: the pages you view, the approximate region you are in, the type of device and browser you use, and the site that referred you.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to make the site work and, with your consent, to understand how it is used. When you first arrive you are asked whether you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, we do not set them. Nothing here requires you to accept analytics in order to read the site, find an office, or book an appointment.
We do not send information about your health to advertising platforms. The pages you read on this site can reveal a great deal about you, and the address of a page describing a specific condition is itself sensitive. Our analytics are configured so that the page you were reading is not attached to a booking or contact event.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share your health information with advertisers.
- We do not publish a patient testimonial, review, or photograph without that patient’s written authorization.
Links to other sites
This site links to services we do not operate, including our online booking system, our review platform, and our Google Business Profiles. Once you follow one of those links you are on their site, under their policy, not ours.
Children
We treat children’s feet, and we do so through their parents and guardians. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from a child through it.
Your choices
- You can decline analytics cookies when you arrive, and clear them at any time in your browser.
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to delete it.
- For anything relating to your medical record, your rights are set out in the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, and they are broader than the rights on this page.
Changes to this policy
Any change will be posted here with a new date.
