Many people have flat feet and no symptoms. Others develop pain, fatigue, and misalignment that travels up to the ankles, knees, hips, and back.
Why flat feet cause problems
Without a supportive arch, your foot mechanics change and certain structures work harder, which can lead to plantar fasciitis, posterior tibial tendonitis, and general foot fatigue.
How we treat it
Custom orthotics and supportive footwear are highly effective, often paired with physical therapy and activity adjustments. Surgery is rare and reserved for severe cases.
