Morton's Neuroma

We use advanced diagnostic equipment that can treat a Neuroma in just 20 minutes! This is an in-office, minimally invasive procedure that requires no general anesthesia and allows you to walk immediately afterwards. Get back to wearing your normal shoes and resume your regular activity within a few days.

Description

Growth or thickening of nerve tissue.

Symptoms

Pain, numbness, and/or feelings of eletricty or tingling along the area of the nerve services.

Treatment Options

Injections, anti-inflammatories, surgery.

Treatment Option Description (with Duration)

Injections and anti-inflammatories are aimed at reducing the swelling of the nerve tissue and therefore reducing the pain or discomfort associated with the neuroma. If the pain does not subside, surgical excision of the thickened, diseased nerve can be performed.  More recently a minimally invasive in-office procedure is performed using cryotherapy that causes the nerve to die allowing patients to avoid painful traditional neuroma surgery. The neuroma is permanently destroyed in the office in under 30 minutes with almost no recovery time.

Expected Outcome

Relief of nerve pain to the area.
